How to rate your driver
After each ride, you can rate your driver and give feedback. All feedback is anonymous, and it's reviewed before it's shared with drivers.
You'll see your driver's rating when you request a ride, and they can see your rider rating too.
You can rate your driver on a scale of 1 to 5 stars, with 5 being the highest. If you rate a driver 3 stars or lower, you won't be paired with them again.
Rate your driver on the 'Rate & Pay' screen at the end of each ride.

Health Safety concerns
All riders and drivers should follow their local public health guidance. We know everyone has different comfort levels, so you can still wear a mask during the ride if you'd like.
While riders and drivers can always decline any ride they don’t wish to take, health safety reasons – like not wearing a mask – will no longer appear as cancellation options in the app.
We ask that you don’t drive or take a ride if you have COVID-19 or any related symptoms.
What to consider when rating
Rate your driver based on your experience throughout the ride.
If you had a great ride, you should rate your driver 5 stars.
When you rate a driver, it lets us know how that driver is doing.
All riders and drivers should follow our community guidelines.
Price concerns
If you have a question about the price of a ride, don't leave it in your driver feedback. Those ratings let us know if your driver did a good job.
You can submit questions about pricing in the 'Ride history' tab in your app.
