Roadside Assistance for Platinum Drivers

The following service from Allstate is available for Platinum drivers' Lyft-approved vehicles. Service on other personal vehicles is not covered.

Note: If you use our Express Drive rental program, you are encouraged to first contact your rental provider to request roadside assistance, but can still contact Allstate and receive our discounted rate if you are a qualifying Accelerate driver.

24-hour dispatch for:

  • Emergency towing service — up to 5 miles included, $5 per mile thereafter
  • Emergency fuel delivery — you pay for the fuel (only covered once a month)
  • Tire service — if applicable, you pay for the cost of a new tire
  • Emergency battery jump service
  • Lockout service

How to request assistance

Call 844-400-1449 to arrange emergency roadside assistance from Allstate Roadside Services.

You can request up to 3 services in a fixed 3 month period. The periods are:

  • November through January
  • February through April
  • May through July
  • August through October

Once you hit the 3 service cap, you can still call Allstate but will be responsible for the full cost of any charges incurred.

How payment works

Lyft will cover base roadside assistance services from Allstate: $79 for towing up to 5 miles, and up to $59 for non-tow services like fuel delivery, tire changing, lockout, and dead battery.

Allstate will bill Lyft directly for the base service costs.

You'll be required to pay for any towing beyond 5 miles at $5 per mile and/or maintenance costs incurred with your service.

Note: You must be Platinum level at the time you request service for this rate to apply.
