Include the following:
- Is this happening on the app, website, or both?
- Any error messages you're receiving
- Relevant screenshots as attachments (read How to take a screen shot)
Sometimes your app may freeze or not work correctly due to connectivity issues. Try the following:
- Force-quit your app and re-open it
- Toggle airplane mode on and off
- Restart your device
- Uninstall and reinstall the app
If you're unsure how to perform any of these functions, try an internet search or visit your local wireless store.
If you're experiencing technical issues with our website, try the following:
- Reload the page
- Clear your cache, browsing data, and cookies (each web browser is different, but generally try Settings, Preferences, or Advanced Settings)
- Try the same web address using a different browser
