Lyft drivers can expect a feedback summary on Fridays.
Summaries are sent via email to the address you have on file, and include important information about your earnings, ride totals, feedback, and more. They can arrive any time between the morning and late afternoon. To check or change your email address, go to the 'Settings' tab in the app. You can also review your summaries from the last 30 days in the Dashboard.
Each Friday, you’ll receive a summary which shows the feedback you’ve received from passengers.
The feedback summary reports on the same period as the weekly summary. It includes:
- Passenger feedback: Any comments left by your passengers.
- Star ratings: The total number of 5 star ratings, and ratings below 5 stars, left by your passengers.
- Rating comparison: How your current rating compares to your past ratings and other drivers.
