Problems with the app
Sometimes your app may freeze or not work correctly due to connectivity issues. Try the following:
- Force quit your app and reopen it.
- Toggle airplane mode on and off.
- Turn your phone off then on again.
- Uninstall and reinstall the app.
If you're unsure how to perform any of the functions above, try an internet search or visit your local wireless store.
Problems with the website
If you're experiencing technical issues with our website, try the following:
- Reload the page.
- Clear your cache, browsing data, and cookies (each web browser is a little different, but generally it's in Settings, Preferences, or Advanced Settings).
- Try the same web address on a different browser.
