Chicago Passenger Information

Passengers in Chicago have a few options available to them that are specific to the city of Chicago.

  1. In addition to reporting a concern or problem directly to Lyft, passengers in Chicago may also register a complaint or concern with the city by calling 311​ (local) or 312-744-5000 (non-local)
  2. Passengers can notify us that they would like to opt-out of Lyft's passenger rating system by clicking here and sending us a message. This will not apply to passengers in any other region.
