    Hertz

    Manutenção de rotina

    What to do: Go to the Hertz or Pep Boys branch where you picked up your rental.
    Your costs: You won't be charged for routine maintenance. Only Hertz/Pep Boys may render or approve maintenance outside their facility. You won't be reimbursed for maintenance outside of Hertz or Pep Boys approved vendors.
    Damage and repairs
    Examples: Brake or transmission issues, tire replacement, windshield repair, etc.
    What to do: Go to the Hertz or Pep Boys branch where you picked up your rental. If the damage prevents driving (such as a brakes or transmission issue), call Hertz Roadside Assistance: 1-800-654-5060.

    Flexdrive

    For every set amount of miles, Flexdrive will request that you take the vehicle into an approved maintenance facility to ensure that your vehicle stays in good condition. All preventative maintenance is included in your rental rate.
    What to do: Go to a service location in your area that is authorized by Lyft. If you’re renting an electric vehicle, contact us for a list of authorized service locations. When you arrive, show the vendor your ARI ID card. The ARI ID card provides the Flexdrive Roadside Assistance phone number (1-833-274-5938) and should be included in the glovebox of your rental. The vendor will complete the service and bill Flexdrive directly.
    Your cost: You won't be charged for routine maintenance. Only Flexdrive approved providers may render or approve maintenance. You won't be reimbursed for maintenance outside of Flexdrive approved vendors.
    Charging your electric vehicle
    If you rent an electric vehicle through Flexdrive, your rental costs cover unlimited charging at locations specified during your Flexdrive onboarding. You should head directly to the nearest charging station if you have less than 40-50 miles of battery charge remaining.
    How to charge: You can find the closest charging station by opening the Plugshare app (or Electrify America app for Denver renters) that you downloaded during onboarding. From the app's home screen:
    1. Open ‘Map Filters’ (tap the funnel icon at the lower right hand side)
    2. Scroll down to review ‘Networks’ first. Deselect all options, leaving only the Charging Partners specified during your Flexdrive onboarding
    3. Scroll up to then review ‘Plugs.’ Deselect all options, leaving only “CCS/SAE”
    4. Make sure ‘Location Filters’ is set to include “Public Locations” and “In Use Locations” and “Requires Fee”
    5. Close ‘Map Filters’ to see the available charging stations in your area
    How to charge: 
    • For EVgo or ChargePoint, just use the RFID charging card attached to your rental keys to pay for charging at specified stations.
    • For Electrify America, use the Electrify America App that you downloaded during onboarding to find a nearby charging station and start charging by following the prompts on the screen and in the Electrify America App.
    Note: Make sure to only use the Charging Partner specified in your rental agreement. Different regions have different Charging Partners. Your EV can charge on other networks outside of the Charging Partners in your region, but you may need to pay for charging at these locations.
    Damage and repairs

    What to do: Go to the branch where you picked up your Flexdrive rental. If the damage prevents driving (such as a brakes or transmission issue), call 1-833-274-5938 and follow prompts for roadside assistance.
    Your cost: You may be charged for damages if you're found to be at fault. These funds may be deducted from your rental deposit. See your Flexdrive rental agreement for more information.
