司机如何处理过路费

You’re automatically paid back for any tolls that you pass through during an active Lyft ride. This includes tolls passed through on the way to the pickup and drop-off location after you accept the ride.
You can find payments for all tolls in your weekly earnings summary. Go to ‘Viewing reimbursed tolls’ to learn which tolls you aren’t reimbursed for.
If your passenger offers to pay a toll with cash, please decline. Their ride price includes the cost of any tolls, and the use of cash for tolls is against our Terms of Service.

Viewing reimbursed tolls
You can view your toll reimbursements in your Dashboard or in your Earnings activity. You can also see them as line items in your weekly summary.
To see reimbursed tolls for a specific ride:
  1. 打开 Lyft 司机端 app。
  2. Tap the '$' amount at the top of the screen.

You aren’t paid back for the following tolls:
  1. Optional express or HOV lane tolls.
  2. Tolls after the ride ends, except in cities with eligible return tolls.

  4. Tolls on the way to a ride that is canceled
Note: We’ll automatically reimburse you if you pass through Interstate 66 Express Lanes (Inside the Beltway). You’ll need to provide a receipt if there are any inaccuracies with your reimbursement.
How we calculate tolls
We base our toll charges on the local electronic toll collection system's pricing. Usually, this price is lower than the cash rate.
We don’t reimburse the difference between the cash rate and the local electronic rate. We recommend using the electronic system to avoid overpaying.

Massachusetts
Massachusetts drivers are reimbursed for eligible tolls at the commercial E-ZPass rate.
Drivers will receive an adjustment from E-ZPass to the commercial toll rate on their E-ZPass statement.
Drivers with commercial transponders won’t see a difference in their E-ZPass statement.

Eligible return tolls
Eligible return tolls are only available in the following cities and states.
San Francisco/Silicon Valley, California

Regional surcharges
The following regions have a surcharge.
Connecticut and New York City
You’ll receive an additional $15 surcharge if a ride starts in Connecticut and ends in New York City.
New Jersey and New York City
Any ride between New York City and New Jersey has a $20 surcharge, which includes all tolls.
You'll receive an extra $19.43 if the ride:
  1. Begins in New Jersey
  2. 横跨Staten Island
  3. 穿过 Verrazzano-Narrows 大桥向东行驶
The extra $19.43 will display in two payments: one for $6.55 and one for $12.88.
Requesting a toll review
如果您认为通行费报销有问题，可以按照以下步骤申请审核：
  1. Open the app menu and tap ‘Support and Safety.'
  2. Tap 'Get Help,'
  3. Under ‘Your last ride,’ tap ‘Get help with this ride.' If you want to review a different ride, tap 'See other rides' instead.
  4. Select ‘Toll payment or reimbursement’ from the list of to help topics
From there, you’ll be able to review your selected ride. Review requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original ride. Lyft is unable to cover charges from late toll payments, administrative fees, or new tags.
