Canceling an event code
Event Codes can only be canceled if no one has redeemed the code. If you need to cancel the Event Code, follow the steps below:
- Navigate to the activation email you received for your event
- Click the cancellation link in the footer of the email under 'Need to cancel the event?'
- Click ‘Cancel Event’ on the page that opens up and the following message will appear when your event has been canceled successfully: Your event has been successfully canceled and you will receive an email shortly for your refund
- Check your email for a cancellation confirmation and information about the refund amount you will receive
