    My driver's car photo doesn't match

    Once you request a ride and you're paired with a driver, you'll see a photo of their vehicle in the app. The image in the app is an icon matching the make, model, year, and color of your driver's vehicle.
    If your driver's vehicle is different from what's pictured in the app, cancel the ride. Let us know the specific vehicle differences and we'll investigate.
    To report this type of issue in your app:
    1. Tap ‘Contact Us’ below
    2. From the dropdown menu, tap ‘I’m a rider’
    3. Tap ‘Something happened during my ride’, followed by ‘Unsafe car condition’
    4. Finally, tap ‘Different car than photo in app’ and submit
