Lyft Car Maintenance for riders
We’re partnering with Goodyear and other partner locations to offer you quality car service nationwide.
You’ll be able to view estimated upfront pricing for a variety of services, then schedule a service appointment from within the Lyft app. You won’t pay anything until your appointment is complete.
Lyft Pink members also save an extra 15% off all car services booked in the Lyft app.
Note: Vehicle maintenance isn’t available in every city yet. If it’s available in your area, you’ll see ‘Maintenance’ as an option when you tap the steering wheel icon on the homepage of the app.

Available services and payment
Our partners offer a variety of routine maintenance and diagnostic services. When you schedule an appointment in the app, you’ll be able to see all services offered in your area.
Common available services include:
- Oil and oil filter changes
- Cabin air filter or engine filter changes
- Diagnostic services and repairs
- Replacement services for batteries, brake pads, spark plugs, and wiper blades
You’ll pay for your car’s maintenance at the service location after a technician confirms the final cost with you. Price estimates shown in the app are based on the average in your area, and aren’t a guarantee or formal quote.
Scheduling an appointment
To schedule an appointment:
- Tap the steering wheel icon in the bottom-right corner of the app homepage.
- Tap ‘Maintenance, then select the services you need.
- Choose the location for your appointment, then tap ‘Next.’
- Pick the date and time for your service, then tap ‘Next.’
- Review your appointment, then rap ‘Reserve and pay later.’

Editing or cancelling an appointment
If you need to make a change to an upcoming appointment, you’ll need to cancel your appointment and reschedule.
To cancel an upcoming appointment:
- Tap the steering wheel icon in the bottom-right corner of the app homepage.
- Under ‘Upcoming appointments,’ select the appointment you need to change.
- Tap ‘Cancel reservation.’ The location’s cancel policy may apply.
Questions about your appointment
For any questions about an appointment, contact the location where you requested service. They’ll be able to help you with any questions or concerns.
To call Goodyear about an upcoming appointment:
- Open the main menu and tap ‘My Car.’
- Under ‘Upcoming appointments,’ select the appointment you need help with.
- Tap ‘Need help?’ to call the service location.
If you need help after an appointment, you should contact the location where the work was completed. You can also reach out to Goodyear’s customer support.
