Scheduling an appointment
You can schedule an appointment at a Goodyear Auto Service or Just Tires location near you.
To schedule an appointment, open the main menu in the Lyft driver app, then:
  1. Tap ‘Feedback and Rewards.’
  2. Tap ‘Lyft Rewards’
  3. Tap ‘Save 15% on auto services.’
  4. Tap ‘Book Appointment.’
  5. Show the QR Code in the driver app during check in for your appointment.

For any questions about an appointment, contact the location where you requested service. They’ll be able to help you with any questions or concerns.
If you need help after an appointment, you should contact the location where the work was completed. You can also reach out to Goodyear’s customer support.
