You’ll need to enter a code to verify your phone number whenever you log in to the Lyft app. We’ll send this code to you in a text message.
If you’re not receiving this text message, or if your phone number has changed, follow the steps below to fix the issue.

Not getting a verification code

- 关闭 Lyft app。

Verification code error
If you receive and enter a verification code, but the app says it doesn’t match, try one of the following:
- Re-enter your phone number. The verification code may have expired.
- Temporarily disable VPN from your phone settings.
- 请切换到蜂窝网络,而不是 WiFi,以确保短信发送成功。
Can't access old phone number
If you can’t access the phone number on your Lyft account, we can use your email address to help you log in.
更新您的电话号码:
- 打开 Lyft app。
- Tap ‘Get started.’

- 输入您 Lyft 账户上的电子邮件地址。
- 打开我们发送给您的电子邮件。

"We couldn't find your account" message

Logging into the Driver Dashboard
If you have a new phone number and can’t log in to the Dashboard, follow the steps below. If you can’t log in for any other reason, tap ‘Contact us’ below for help.
更新您的电话号码
If you can’t access the phone number on your Lyft account, we can use your email address to help you log in.
To update your phone number from the Dashboard:
- On the Dashboard login screen, tap ‘Find my account.’
- 输入您 Lyft 账户上的电子邮件地址。
- Open the email we send you. The subject will be “Recover your Lyft account.”
- 点击恢复按钮,通过新电话号码登录。
