Emergency assistance during a ride
如果您在行程中需要紧急援助，现在可以直接在app中请求帮助。
Riders can request help discreetly by tapping ‘Alert 911 silently’ in the app. A member from ADT will then contact law enforcement to share your location details. You won't be contacted by phone unless requested.
Drivers that activate their ADT alert will always be contacted by phone. If the call is not answered, ADT will then contact 911 to provide your location details.
You’ll be provided with real-time updates in the Lyft app with the status of your emergency request.
Report a collision or citation
If you’re involved in a vehicle collision, you can report an accident here.
If you received a citation while driving for Lyft, let us know. Contact us below and include a photo of the front and back of your citation.
