How to view your monthly autopay statements in the Lyft Business Portal

Learn how to easily view and download your monthly autopay statements online in the Lyft Business Portal.
In this article, we'll cover:
What is monthly autopay?
This billing method means that rides will be charged to the specific program's assigned credit card on a monthly basis. A single transaction for the total cost of all rides in the month will appear on the credit card statement. Your organization's programs can have a different credit card assigned to each, or one central credit card as the primary payment method for all. Monthly autopay is supported for all products.
Where can I see my monthly statements?
There are currently two options for viewing your monthly autopay statements:
1. You can view and download your autopay statements online directly in the Lyft Business Portal. Here you can see your upcoming amount due and the status of your invoice.
2. You can also select to receive autopay statements by program. You can set this up by adding your email to the ‘reporting contact’ section of your program to receive monthly autopay statements. In addition to a monthly autopay statement, you will also receive emailed receipts once your CC's are run and emailed transaction reports.
If you access your autopay statement via email, there can only be one reporting contact per program, so only one person per program will receive a monthly invoice. You can expect to receive your monthly invoice by the 5th of every month and your monthly receipts by the 17th of every month.

FAQs
What if the organization is enabled for the United States and Canada?
Charge amounts will show US or CA to distinguish which charges are associated with each currency. If the organization is enabled for only US or Canada, then the currency code will not apply. Ex. US and CA ( US$200.00, CA$200) | US only ($200) | CA only ($200)
