How to view your monthly invoices in the Lyft Business Portal

Learn how to easily view and download your monthly invoices online in the Lyft Business Portal. Note invoices are only visible in the Business Portal depending on your organization's contract type. Monthly credit card billing statements (previously called Monthly Accrued Invoices) now live under ‘Autopay statements.’
In this article, we'll cover:
What is monthly invoicing?
Monthly invoicing (previously called ‘offline billing’) is supported for Concierge, Lyft Pass, and Business Profiles. Lyft offers invoice billing on net terms to organizations that meet certain requirements. See if your organization qualifies by creating a support ticket.
With monthly invoicing, the total accrued cost of each month's rides are invoiced at the start of the following month. Monthly invoicing can be selected when creating a program if the organization admin has this enabled. Billing is per invoice group. An invoice group allows you to put more than one program on a single invoice.
Where can I see my monthly invoices?
There are currently two options for viewing your monthly invoices:
1. Invoices from July 2026 forward are available for Org Admins (full access permission) to view and download online directly in the Lyft Business Portal depending on your organization's contract type. New invoices will be generated by the 7th business day of the month. You can download your program transaction report to confirm the invoice amount. Note invoices are static, and any changes to the content or payment status will not be reflected in the Business Portal.
2. Your invoice group billing contacts will continue to receive monthly invoices by program via email. You can add up to three billing contacts to your program invoice group. All programs associated with the same invoice group will be reflected on one invoice.
What information can I see in my monthly invoice?
Monthly invoices will include the program name and amount billed per program. If you provided a PO number in your invoice group details, this will be reflected on the invoice. You can download program transaction reports from the Business Portal to review all monthly ride data.
