When you create a Lyft business profile through the BILL partnership, your account is preset to automatically forward ride receipts to BILL. You don't need to set this up manually.
FAQs
How do I know if I’m eligible?
You're eligible if you have a BILL account with a verified email address.
I'm getting an error when I try to sign up. What should I do?
After a new organization is added to BILL, processing can take up to 24 hours. Wait 24 hours and try again.
Also make sure you're using the email address associated with your BILL account — personal email addresses won't be recognized. If you're still having trouble after 24 hours, contact Lyft Support.
I already have a Lyft business profile through my company. Will I have two profiles?
Yes, it's possible to have both. You can choose which profile to use when booking a ride. To switch to your business profile, open the Lyft mobile app and select ‘Business’ on the Home screen. If you have more than one business profile, you will be prompted to choose the desired business profile for your ride.
Do I need to use my BILL Divvy card to earn Lyft Cash back rewards?
No. You can use any payment method and still earn Lyft Cash back on qualifying rides with your BILL business profile.
Can I use my Lyft Cash on personal rides?
Yes. Lyft Cash earned through Lyft Business Rewards can be used on any Lyft ride, personal or business.
Can I use my BILL profile for personal rides?
Your BILL business profile is intended for work travel. Personal rides should be taken on your personal profile. Any Lyft Cash you earn can still be used on personal rides.
How do I learn more about Lyft Business Rewards?

What happens if I leave my company or stop using BILL?
Your BILL business profile will remain active if you leave your company. However, if your email domain is removed from BILL's approved customer list, you may no longer be eligible for rewards through BILL. You can continue using your personal Lyft profile at any time.
I was earning rewards and now I can't see my BILL business profile. What happened?
Contact Lyft Support and we'll look into your account history to find out what happened.
Can I set ride limitations for my company, like ride restrictions, custom expense codes or other program-specific setup?
The BILL Business Profile is a shared program across all BILL customers, so organization-specific features (like ride restrictions or custom expense codes at booking) aren't available through this partnership.
If your company needs org-specific controls, your admin can set up a separate Lyft Business account with customized features. To get set up, fill out this form and you'll be connected with our onboarding team.
