Reporting zero-tolerance concerns
If you were involved in an accident or safety-related incident, call the authorities by dialing 911 or your local non-emergency assistance line if necessary, and then, contact Lyft's Critical Response Line by clicking the button below. We're available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and will call you as soon as possible after you request the call. A concern does not need to be real-time to warrant reporting through this channel; the 24/7 line is available for any reports relating to safety during a ride.
