My Driver’s Car Photo Does Not Match

The car photo displayed in the app should perfectly match your Lyft driver’s car. As a passenger, it’s important that you know what car to look for when they request a ride. The app displays a photo that matches the make, model, year and color of your driver’s car.

If Your Driver’s Car Photo Is Wrong:

If you notice the photo does not match, please contact our team. Let us know what the issue is (The app shows a silver car but my driver’s car was blue”) and we’ll to correct it! Make sure to select the correct category in the contact form to expedite the response ("My Driver's Car Photo Was Wrong" under the section "Ride Issues").
