Bilt Rewards
Bilt members can connect their Lyft and Bilt Rewards accounts to earn points on Lyft rideshare. Bilt Mastercard® cardholders earn additional points on Lyft rideshare, bikes, and scooters when paying with their Bilt card in the Lyft app.
Note: You must request and pay for the ride in order to get awarded points.

Earning Points
Earn 5X points with Bilt when you link your Bilt Rewards and Lyft accounts, select Bilt Rewards as your active loyalty rewards partner, and use your Bilt Mastercard® to pay for Lyft rideshare.
Earn 3X points on Lyft rideshare, bikes, and scooters booked through the Lyft app when you pay with your Bilt Mastercard.
Earn 2X points on Lyft rideshare booked through the Lyft app when you link your Bilt Rewards and Lyft accounts and select Bilt Rewards as your active loyalty rewards partner.
Note: Bilt will automatically add the points to your account.

Linking your accounts
To link your accounts:
- Open the Lyft app and tap 'Rewards' in the main menu.
- Scroll to ‘Loyalty Rewards’ and tap ‘Bilt Rewards.’
- Tap ‘Continue’ and follow the steps in the Bilt app.

Using your Bilt Mastercard
To add your card:
- Go to ‘Payment’ in the Lyft app main menu.
- Tap ‘Personal.’
- Add your Bilt Mastercard.
Note: You can add your Bilt Mastercard as your default payment method to make sure you always get your extra points.
Using Bilt points for payment
You can use Bilt points to pay for Lyft rides. Make sure your accounts are linked before using your points.
If you choose to use Bilt points to pay for a ride, you can:
- Fully pay for the ride using only Bilt points.
- Pay for part of the ride using Bilt points and the other part using a different payment method.
To pay for a ride using Bilt points:
- Select the ‘Points’ button when choosing a ride.
- Select how many points you’d like to apply to the ride.
- Apply the points.
Note: Business profile accounts aren’t eligible to use Bilt points to pay for rides, and you can’t use Bilt points to tip drivers.
Receiving a refund
If you pay for a ride either partially or in full with Bilt Points, you'll get a refund in Lyft Cash for the portion paid with points. This can be used on future rides.
Any amount you paid on another card will be refunded back to the card.
I didn’t receive points on my last ride
Once you’ve completed a ride, points can take up to 7 business days to post to your Bilt Rewards account. If your Bilt Rewards aren't posted after 7 business days, check that Bilt Rewards is selected as your active loyalty rewards partner in the Lyft app.
Note: You must request and pay for the ride to earn points.
Selecting Bilt Rewards as your loyalty partner
- Go to ‘Rewards’ in the Lyft app main menu.
- Scroll to ‘Loyalty Rewards’ and tap ‘Bilt Rewards.’
- Tap ‘Continue’ and follow the steps in the Bilt app.
Note: If Bilt Rewards is listed as your active loyalty rewards partner, and you still haven’t received your rewards, you can contact Bilt here.
Rides taken in Canada are not eligible for points.
Bikes and scooter rides booked through the Lyft app that are not paid for by the Bilt Mastercard and booked through the Lyft app are not eligible for points.
