What’s included in the Lyft driver accomplishment letter?
Depending on availability, here is the information that may be included in your driver accomplishment letter:
- Full name
- Driving start date (month, year)
- Total number of rides, and if that amount puts you in the top 20% of drivers in your region
- Current star rating
- Current tier (only for Platinum or Elite drivers)
- Average hours driven per week
- Number of passenger compliments
- An AI-generated summary of positive rider comment
Eligibility
To be eligible for a driver accomplishment letter, you must meet the following requirements:
- Active driver account
- Driven on the platform for 90+ days
- Given 150+ rides in the past 2 years
- 4.9+ star rating
- Minimal safety flags or incidents in the past 500 rides of 2 years
How to request a Lyft driver accomplishment letter
In your Lyft Driver app:
- Open the main menu and select ‘Account’
- Select ‘Your info’
- Under the ‘Driver’ header, select ‘Driver accomplishment letter’
- Follow the prompts and review your info on the accomplishment letter
- Enter an email address to send your accomplishment letter to
If you need an updated driver accomplishment letter, you will need to regenerate the letter.
