Finding a restroom on Lyft Maps
You can now view and add restrooms to the Lyft Map that will appear to other drivers in your region.
Tap on ‘Map explorer,’ then ‘Restrooms.’ You can view the restroom options in either a list view or directly on your map.
Removing a business's restroom
You can submit a request to remove your business's restroom from the Lyft Driver app. We'll remove your restroom as an option.

Locating a restroom
Tap on ‘Map explorer,’ then ‘Restrooms.’ You can view the restroom options in either a list view or directly on your map.
The list of restrooms will appear in order of how close they are to you based on your location.
Details about the restroom may include:
- How far away it is from you.
- An address.
- Working hours (if available).
- What type of building it’s in (for example, a gas station or grocery store).
- Info such as if it’s clean, got available parking, well-lit, or customer only (if applicable).
Adding a restroom
To add a restroom to the map, open your Lyft Driver app, then:
- Tap ‘Map explorer.’
- Tap ‘Restrooms,’ then tap the plus sign.
- Follow the instructions to add a restroom.
Note: It’ll take 1-2 business days to confirm the new restroom before it's added as an option for other drivers to see.
Favoriting a restroom
You can mark a restroom as a favorite when you add one to the map. It will appear on your list view and map view with a star icon so you can easily find it later.
Reporting issues
To submit feedback on a restroom issue:
- Tap the restroom you would like to leave the feedback for.
- Under the ‘Need some help?’ section, tap ‘Give feedback on this restroom.’
- Follow the instructions to leave the feedback.
Note: It’ll take 1-2 business days to confirm the issue before it’s reflected in the Lyft Driver app.
