Driving with Lyft Maps
Lyft Maps is designed to help you navigate and earn with ease. It also adapts while you drive.
When the Lyft app detects that your vehicle is in motion, it will show you a simpler map to help you stay focused on the road.
During a ride, you can access important actions and information by swiping up on the bottom panel. You can also request emergency help on the menu.
The app will reveal more features once your vehicle is stopped.

Lyft Maps feedback
Beta and experienced drivers can leave feedback on Lyft Maps through our feedback function. The feedback function allows drivers to notify us of map or navigation issues.
How it works
When the feedback function is available during a ride, a flag will appear on the map:
  1. Tap on the flag.
  2. A feedback ticket will be created with your ride details.
  3. Select the issue you’re having.
  4. Add your feedback in the text field.
  5. Tap ‘Submit’.
Tickets can be updated and submitted within 24 hours after they’re created. Your list of tickets can only be seen when you’re offline.
Your ticket will be reviewed, and fixes will be made as soon as possible.
