The easiest way to recover a lost item is to contact your driver directly. If you have trouble reaching your driver, we’re here to help you get in touch with them.

For calls and messages, the Lyft app uses a masked phone number so your personal contact info is hidden.

If you have insurance on your phone, we also recommend contacting the provider to begin the claim process.
退还手续费
As consideration for your driver’s time, riders are subject to a fee of $20 for the return of a lost item. The full amount goes to the driver.
You won’t be charged until the driver notifies us they’ve successfully returned your item. If you'd like to thank your driver even more, an extra tip is a great way to do so. See how to tip your driver.

Per Lyft's Terms of Service, we do not procure insurance for, nor are we responsible for, personal belongings left in the car by drivers or riders. For this reason, we’re unable to provide refunds for rides or reimbursement for the value of lost items.
