If you're experiencing an emergency with your vehicle, dial 844-400-1449 to speak with an Assistance Representative from Allstate Roadside Services.
Allstate can help with:
- Fuel (only covered once a month)
- Dead battery
- Flat tire
You can request up to 3 services in a fixed 3 month period. The periods are:
- November through January
- February through April
- May through July
- August through October
Once you hit the 3 service cap, you can still call Allstate but will be responsible for the full cost of any charges incurred.

Depending on your Accelerate level and relationship with Allstate, you're eligible for the following discounts:
Silver and Gold level drivers: Save an average of 20% (based on national roadside assistance averages) with our pre-negotiated flat rates: $79 for towing (includes 5 miles), $59 for additional roadside assistance of fuel delivery, lockout, flat tire, or dead battery.
Platinum level drivers: Enjoy free roadside assistance. Learn how it works.
Check your current policy. Depending on your terms and conditions, you may already have roadside assistance coverage.

If you use our Express Drive rental program, you are encouraged to first contact your rental provider to request roadside assistance, but can still contact Allstate and receive our discounted rate if you are a qualifying Accelerate driver.
