Minnie Van mode is a ride service available at Walt Disney World Resort and operated through the Lyft app. Vehicles are Disney-owned and driven by Disney Cast Members. This is a Lyft partnership service. Riders request and pay through the Lyft app directly.

Child seats:
- Up to 2 free child seats included per ride
- Required for children under 6 years old
Accessible Minnie Van:
- Available to any rider—accessibility features do not need to be used to book
- Seats up to 5 riders, maximum 7 per vehicle
- Includes 1 free car seat
- Includes 2 spaces for mobility devices—riders may remain in their device for the ride
- Select "Access. Minnie Van" in the Lyft app
How to request a Minnie Van mode ride
- Open the Lyft app at Walt Disney World Resort and enter the destination
- Confirm pickup location and select "Minnie Van" or "Access. Minnie Van"
- If the option doesn't appear immediately, scroll through vehicle types
- Track the vehicle by number on the in-app map
