DoorDash DashPass partnership for riders

Riders with DoorDash DashPass can link their Lyft account to receive additional benefits.
If you connect your account, you’ll get benefits for both Lyft and DashPass.

Lyft benefits
After you link your DoorDash and Lyft account, you’ll get the following benefits on Lyft rides.
Note: These benefits won’t apply for:
  • Rides not in the US.
  • Wait and Save.
  • Shared rides.
  • Bikes and scooters.
  • Disney mode.
Monthly ride discounts
You’ll get 5% off standard rides and 10% off scheduled rides to and from the airport (maximum of 4 discounts in total per month). These discounts automatically apply to your first four eligible rides each month.
Your benefit renews every 30 days.
Priority pickup upgrades
You’ll get two priority pickup upgrades each month, which apply to your first two eligible rides.
Your benefit renews every 30 days.
Additional benefits
Riders who sign up between October 30–December 31, 2024 will receive 50% off scheduled airport rides (up to $25, maximum of 4 rides) through December 31, 2024.
Riders who sign up between October 30–December 5, 2024 will receive 50% off their first ride (up to $10).
Riders who sign up between December 5–December 31, 2024 will receive $10 off each of their next two Lyft rides.
DoorDash benefits
After you link your DoorDash DashPass and Lyft account, you’ll get the following benefits on DashPass.
New DashPass users
New DashPass users will get:
  • A 3-month free DashPass trial membership. This will auto-renew as a paid monthly membership at the end of the 3-month trial.
  • 50% off one DoorDash order (up to $10). You must link your Lyft account to your DoorDash account between October 30–December 31, 2024, to get this benefit.
Note: These benefits won’t apply if you are an existing DashPass user or if you subscribed in the past six months.
Existing DashPass users
Existing DashPass users will get 50% off one order (up to $10).
To get the discount, you must link your Lyft account to your DoorDash DashPass account between October 30–December 31, 2024).
Linking your account
Go to your ‘Rewards’ tab to link your DoorDash account.
If you want to unlink your account, open the main menu then:
  1. Select ‘Rewards,’ then ‘View benefits’ in the DashPass section.
  2. Select ‘Manage,’ then ‘Unlink DoorDash account.’
  3. Select ‘Unlink my account.’
Linking won't work
If you’re having trouble linking your account, select ‘Contact us.’
Benefits didn't apply
Your DoorDash benefit may not have applied because you:
  • Already reached the discount use limit.
  • Received a better discount with either Price Lock or another coupon.
  • Took a ride type where this benefit doesn’t apply (see note below).
  • Canceled or unlinked your DoorDash DashPass subscription.
Note: These benefits won’t apply for:
  • Rides taken outside the US.
  • Wait and Save.
  • Shared ride.
  • Bikes and scooters.
  • Disney mode.
Signed up, but benefits unavailable
If you were able to link your account, but lost benefits after 24 hours, contact DoorDash support for help.

  • Link or unlink your account.
  • Confirm that your account is linked.
  • Use Lyft benefits.
