How to see your earnings

View your Earnings by tapping the dollar amount at the top of the home screen.
This page shows your past earnings over different time periods. By default, the chart will show your earnings for the current week.
To view your earnings from a different time period, tap ‘Week’, ‘Month’ or ‘Year’:
  1. Tap ‘Week’ to see your daily earnings for the current week. Use the left and right arrows to view different weeks.
  2. Tap ‘Month’ to see your earnings broken down by week for the current month. Use the left and right arrows to view different months.
  3. Tap ‘Year’ to see your monthly earnings for the current year.
Tap ‘See all activity’ to find:
  1. Ride earnings, including tips and tolls
  2. Any earned bonuses
  3. Canceled rides
You can download your weekly summaries or annual summaries in your Dashboard.

Reviewing your daily earnings
To review earnings for a specific day:
  1. Use the link below to go to your Earnings, or tap the dollar amount at the top of your app’s home screen.
  2. Tap ‘See all activity.’
  3. Use the left and right arrows to view different weeks.
  4. Scroll to see history for each day of the week.
  5. Tap on a specific ride or bonus to view details.
Ride details will show the route you drove and a breakdown of the ride earnings. You can see what you earned for your time and distance plus any tips.
You can see your earnings when you’re on your way to pick up a passenger or after you’ve picked up a passenger, as long as your vehicle is fully stopped. To see your earnings:
  1. Open your ride overview.
  2. Scroll to see your earnings.
Downloading your weekly earnings
A copy of your weekly summary will be sent to the email on your Lyft account. You can also download your weekly summary in your Dashboard.
Weekly summaries are available on Thursday.
To download PDFs of your weekly summaries:
  1. Open your Dashboard menu, then select ‘Driving history.’
  2. Select the week you’re looking for.
  3. Select ‘Download weekly summary.’
Earnings and income verification
Lyft can’t verify income because drivers are classified as independent contractors (gig workers) and not employees.
Since drivers aren’t employees of the company, Lyft can’t provide:
  1. Pay stubs.
  2. Income verification.
  3. Employment verification.
Proof of yearly earnings
If you need proof of what you earned in a previous year, you can use your Annual Summary.
  1. Go to your Dashboard.
  2. Select the ‘Tax Center’ tab.
  3. Select ‘Documents,’ then select ‘Download.’
Proof of recent earnings
If you need earnings info from previous weeks or months, you can use your weekly summaries.
Weekly summaries are available on Thursday.
To download PDFs of your weekly summaries:
  1. Open your Dashboard menu, then select ‘Driving history.’
  2. Select the week you’re looking for.
  3. Select ‘Download weekly summary.’
My rides aren't showing up
It may take up to 72 hours for rides to appear in your ride history.
Delays can be caused by:
  1. Poor connectivity during the ride.
  2. Routine ride reviews.
  3. Server processing times.
If you don’t see your ride after 72 hours, tap ‘Contact us’ below. Please include the date and time you gave the ride.
