    Insurance with Express Drive

If you’ve been involved in an accident or collision, please contact us as soon as possible.
Express Drive is a rental program available for drivers in eligible regions. Coverage is classified based on the status (or 'period') you're in when the incident occurs:
    • Personal driving: You're offline (i.e. not in driver mode)
    • Waiting for a request: When the app is in driver mode and you haven’t received a ride request
    • Ride in progress: This includes any time from accepting a ride request until the time the ride has ended in the app
Insurance coverages must align with local regulations and/or state laws. You can see your rental agreement for more details. Learn more about insurance options through your Hertz or Flexdrive rental below.
